Inadmissibility & Criminality

Representation:
Some applicants either withdraw their representative or do not have one. If you are unhappy with your current representative and would like to move your case to us. We are more than happy to take over the representation. If you do not have a representative and would like to have our representation, we are able to do that too. It is better to be safe than sorry. Immigration process requires attention to detail, it is not only about filling the information. It requires an eye for all the correct information so that you do not face any delays in the process.
Medical Inadmissibility:
A medical examination by a designated Medical Practitioner is required by the applicant and all of the dependents for Immigration purposes. Certain criteria of medical examination has to be met in order to proceed further.
Criminal Inadmissibility

Temporary Resident Permit (TRP)
TRP, Temporary Resident Permit, can be issued to individuals for a certain period to allow them to stay in or enter Canada who otherwise would be ineligible to Canada due to health or criminal issues. TRP may be issued up to three years and individuals can apply to extend TRP from inside Canada. People who apply for Canadian Permanent Residency may apply for TRP for staying in short period, but should apply for Criminal Rehabilitation to stay Canada permanently.
If the holder exits Canada it would expire unless re-entry had been approved when the TRP issued. And an officer can cancel TRP at any time.
